CoProvider (“we” or “us” or “our”) is an online B2B marketplace and RFQ platform for professional services. The marketplace aims to provide a one-stop-shop for buyers to find, communicate, and transact with service providers of facility management services, private labeling, digital services, industrial services, business support services, and other categories of services (collectively, “Services”).
The Privacy Policy (to be read in conjunction withthe Cookie Policy; collectively, “Policy”) explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by CoProvider. This Policy applies to all information and datacollected bythe CoProvider.com website and its related mobile applications and/or websites (collectively, “Platform”).

Processing of Payments
Our payment processing partner is currently PayTabs,which collectsinformation relating to credit card, debit card, or any other payment method necessary to process your payment. Business Combinations
All Personal Data may be transferred to a third-party, if and when,we undergo a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other transaction in which a third-party assumes control of Platform (in whole or part). Should any of these events occur, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to different privacy and security policies as well as practices.
Changes to Privacy Policy
CoProvider reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at its discretion and at any time. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy, you will be notified by email or through a notice on the Platform’s homepage. Any subsequent usage of the Platform, or Services or, subsequent, use of the collected information is subject to the most recent version of the Privacy Policy in effect.
